Forest Bathing with Guide: Sara Jones
Hey There
Child's Element Founder and Director, Sara Jones, is a Certified Guide for Nature and Forest Bathing through the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy.

Forest Bathing(Shinrin-Yoku) originated in Japan in the 1980's following the tech-boom. There was a significant increase in stress-related diseases and conditions. Forest Bathing was developed and is prescribed by doctors to reduce the negative impacts of tech-heavy workloads, and everyday stressors.
